Your Business & Your Health – Are They Related?

December 12th, 2009 Leave a comment Go to comments

We have a terrific show coming up featuring Ken Coward. Ken will be joining us live via The Internet Citadel Show next week.

Ken Howard is a "Performance Enhancement Specialist" and Strength and Conditioning Coach to the New York Mets.

What a prefect time of the year to have Ken on the show. I don't know about you but from November to December, I seem to…well eat more than any other time of the year.

Every time I turn around someone is bringing by baked goodies and you know all of the Holiday parties have so many tasty morsels.

So what do you do?  You either reduce your calorie intake to less than what you are burning off, (easier said than done) or you increase the amount of calories that you are
burning by exercising to more calories than you take in.(Who has time for that!)

Sounds easy, but putting it all together to achieve the outcome you are looking for can be hard work.

Sometimes our busy lifestyles challenge our ability to stay on top of our workout routines especially this time of year. And working from home makes its easier to put
exercise and good eating habits on the back burner.

On our next Live show (Tuesday ) December 15th 6PM PST / 9PM EST

We will be discussing:
  • How to stay Fit and Healthy while working from home
  • Why a Fitness Mentor?
  • A meal plan for the Home Based Business Entrepreneur
  • Strength Training and the computer desk
  • Cleansing your body and your business

IMPORTANT! – Ken has ALSO graciously agreed to give away 3 fantastic, value-packed prizes.
